Blissful Begonia is a blog about the good things in life, from A to Z: art, books, creating, discovery, Europe, friendship and family, gardening, home, ice skating, Japan, kitties, love, Monet, noodles, orchids, Paris, questions, ribbons, sushi, thankfulness, umbrellas, vacation, writing, Xmas, yarn, zest, etc.
There’s a Buddhist saying that goes something like this: “Let us rise up and be thankful, for if we didn’t learn a lot today, at least we learned a little, and if we didn’t learn a little, at least we didn’t get sick, and if we got sick, at least we didn’t die; so, let us all be thankful.”
Blissful Begonia is the natural succession to my previous blog, Foggy Terrain, in which I recorded the challenges of managing Fibromyalgia. That blog was about traveling through uncertainty and struggle. This one is about taking note of blessings and seeking to live life fully.
